Pecan Cinnamon Rolls
This variety is a Cadillac of cinnamon rolls! A not too sweet dough, with a caramel flavored, pecan filled center and classic vanilla glaze makes this the perfect roll.
These are made from scratch, with a local sourced honey or molasses proof. The dough is hand kneaded, allowed to rise to fluffy heights, and shaped into rolls that grow to large dimensions. Our average size roll ranges from 3 to 5 inches across. They are filled with locally sourced pecans when possible.
These freeze wonderfully--enjoy some now and then again later!
