Testing Recipes Tonight--Sally's Baking Addiction Recipe

Tonight I'm test driving recipes for caramel corn.  Hubby bought a Whirly Pop stove top popper for my birthday and I've been playing with it.  It is awesome!

The main recipe I'm testing for use is from Sally's Baking Addiction.  She has amazing recipes, and quite addictive!  Hers is the photo above, with link to her recipe.  

Let me tell you--her "Grandma's Caramel Corn" is AWESOME!!  Definitely a winner!  

Now, I've loved caramel popcorn since forever.  It's sweet.  It's caramel flavored.  It's salty and crunchy.  It's perfect! Mine isn't quite as pretty staged as Sally's, but it's just as good.  And, it's going into resealable heat sealed bags....as if there's something to reseal once it's opened LOL!!  

This week is recipe testing week, as I only have part time hours planned.  After housework, there's time to work on recipes that will be perfect to share on this site and in person at markets.  I'm so excited to try Sally's caramel corn, she has the best recipes, from cookies to cakes to popcorn, and she definitely deserves the credit for this!  

I'm excited to have a perfect tasting recipe, and hubby has a hard time keeping his fingers out of it.  I've had to threaten him just to keep him out of the non-coated popcorn straight out of the popper.  

I can't wait to try out more recipes, there are literally hundreds to try and whittle down to the best to offer.  Some will be regulars, others on a special limited time basis, others for holidays only.  I'm super excited!!
